  • Implement escrow payment protection for international athletes to ensure timely and secure payouts.
  • Optional Injury & Buyout Protection Clauses for athletes leaving professional contracts to enter the NCAA.

Accounting & Tax Strategy

  • Referral to licensed U.S. accounting firms specializing in NIL income and foreign national tax reporting.
  • Services include:
    • IRS Form 1040NR preparation and NIL-related schedules.
    • FICA/SE tax treatment for revenue share payments.
    • NIL bookkeeping, invoicing, and income management.
    • Formation of LLC/SMLLC entities (if legally permitted) for athletes earning recurring income.

Academic & Visa Compliance

  • Ensure athletes maintain eligibility under F-1 visa restrictions and NCAA rules.
